From early adolescence, the practice of yoga can support growth in all key aspects of development. The balanced construction of one's personality, combined with observation and inner listening skills , represents the most interesting path to develop self-awareness , to enter into a relationship with others, to feel a sense of belonging to the community and to achieve harmony with society and with Planet Earth.
Yoga speaks the body language, transversal to all cultures; brings into play all the Life Skills and every aspect of the person, in a non competitive atmosphere, enhancing qualities usually underestimated as quietness, kindness and the qualities of soul (inclusion). The path of the workshops, designed for the adolescents, aims to bring together, without prejudice, different cultures and to foster harmonious and peaceful relations (interculturality ). Yoga practice induces respect for life in all its forms and the awareness that we are all linked to the fate of Planet Earth and are responsible for it (sustainability ).
